Wild West Smokehouse knows BBQ and will slow cook most of our meats 12 to 14 hours to get that tender, flavorful, and moist BBQ that most love. Our services include our custom full service catering rig set up at your venue with 2 hours set up and 2 hours serve time. We also provide heavy paper goods, pickels, onions, and all the fixins for a great BBQ! We are flexible, so just tell us what is on our mind and we will cater to you.
